I'll be honest, i was one of those dickheads.

The point is it puts Minx in a bad position because it insinuates she's condoning illegal activity.

APPENDIX: I don't know if it's just photos of under 21s drinking that is the issue, bearing in mind this is a US- based website, or if you can post photos of yourself inebriated if you can legally drink where you are ... I mean i know Alka, for isntance, can legally drink here but not in the US

As long as it's legal where it happens, it's okay to post it up on any site.

But yeah, the drunk pictures thread was deleted because underage kids were posting and we've got a lot of really young girls. And while most people do drink before they can legally, it's a dicey thing.

That being said, every other board I post on has a general "reveal" thread or an official post pictures of yourself thread. Which would be okay as long there isn't "haha, I am soooo drunk" or minors holding alcoholic drinks or anyone doing drugs.
