Is NOT for breastfeeding HUMAN mothers to place on there nipples.
on 3 sides of the tin it is written to explain this is for pets ,chapped skin and mostly for milking cows to keep there nipples from cracking and bleeding , yes you as a HUMAN can use this on your body for chapped skin , NOT on your lips and never on your nipples if you are breastfeeding (unless told by a medical professional)
it states on a side of the tin:
"for chapped conditions and superficial abrasions. after each milking, apply thoroughly and allow coating to remain on surface.
this protective ointment helps to keep superficial tissue moist and soft.
incase of deep or puncture wounds seek medical help.
discontinue use if rash or irritation occurs.
keep this , and all medications, AWAY FROM CHILDREN."

Good to know! Thanks for that Spitfire! I've been browsing nipple creams, I haven't seen the green tin "Bag Cream" anywhere so I never checked it out. Now I know not to continue looking for it.

So many people use udder cream that there are now several types of udder cream specially made for people, not cows. One of them is the brand Udderly Smooth.
Psychobetty wrote:Ok, I have a new question now. Baby Bottles. What kind do you moms prefer? I've found it a bit daunting since they all seem to have their special nipples and shapes and say that their systems prevent collic, blah blah blah. I got a free playtex bottle when I was at the maternity store with the drop in system, but using this one seems like just an extra expense having to buy the bags for it. So, what has been your favorite and why? Are there really any noticeable differences with different bottles?
Psychobetty wrote:yeah, I'm guessing I should just get a few different types of bottles and just see which one works best.
I had my ultrasound, it's a boy!
