I haven't read that one...but I believe the same person has written a few other books, one of which was about a girl/woman (takes course over a long period of time, from prepubescent to adult) who overeats,i can't remember what its called. incredibly sad though.

I think you're thinking of wally lamb's "she's come undone"

The only other book that she's written that I know of is "lucky" which is a true account of when she was raped. Both books are incredible.

Edit: after posting, and then reading everyone's comments...I realized mine is pretty much exactly what the girl above me said...weird! But it is sad and amazing, seriously.
