Mind if I ask why you went gluten free? Is it because you couldn't handle it or was it a choice? Have you lost weight? If it's on your blog then forgive me but I'm just mega curious.

gluten free is no wheat, barley, malt , oats, and some other stuff, and not being able to have it is caused by either an allergy to it or celiacs, im not to sure which one i have because i dont have the money to have the tests all i know is they make me sick, i have lost about 55 pounds in 2009

It looks really awesome. I work for a 100% vegan and gluten free restaurant here in Houston and have lost a lot of weight working here and eating the food. Great idea! Keep with it! :)
I went to a fight the other night, and a hockey game broke out.
